Company started the venture on 1972  by Mr siddegowda , who is the founder of the concern  through procuring milk from rural former and distribute to end user . then later in 1990 s  company  decided  and wanted  strengthen  rural  former  through giving financial support  to purchase cattle and  Purchase milk from them and given option to repayment of taken fund returning small amount in every month as and when they got amount through selling the milk.

In 1990 company wanted have strong presence in milk business so  started forward integration of making  KOHWA , PEDA , which is used for as raw material for  making  more then 300 kinds of sweets and other milk products.

In 1995 company moved into snack business like Indian snacks Namkeen and agriculture based business cocoon raring then in 20016 company started trading  business with reputed company as channel partner   in snacks and beverages for south india , in 2020 company moved into  back ward integration  of producing  potato chips , corn sticks ,corn puff  and fryums in our own brand name SHRIKI and DINGA  in our Mysore manufacturing plant  with help of  advance technology and international standard machine  to produce  high quality, very tasty  product to  Indian market
